REFUND POLICY

Refund Policy: Full refunds (minus any online service fees) will only be given for medical illness or unforeseen accidents. A physician's letter is required on all refund requests prior to the first day of camp. Coaches may have many last-minute circumstances beyond our control that adjust their presence at an event. Our priority is to hold the event in a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all participants. In the case that weather, or any other uncontrollable event, should adjust the schedule or location of events we will update all participants via email and on the website of adjusted dates and times. If weather issues arise during the event, you will be alerted, using the contact information you provided during registration, and should return to pick up an athlete as needed. Any rescheduled sessions will be posted on the website and through email. Please note that refunds will not be available for inclement weather. We will work with the local host to set a new date and your registration will be carried over as a credit to the corresponding make-up date. In addition, while it rarely occurs, if we incur technical difficulties or weather impedes the coaching staff from acquiring metrics, that will not be grounds for a refund. Metrics are provided as a courtesy and not considered part of the camp tuition.
